Annotations · Add bot (MUI Dialog, maxWidth sm; required fields only): ① Name: unique, prefilled from the strategy (VegasTunnel · BTC …) once one is picked, editable. ② Strategy: Active strategies only (03); Version: the strategy's activated versions, default the latest. ③ Mode: Paper (live market data, fills simulated locally) or Live (real orders). Default Paper. ④ Connection: only connections whose platform matches the strategy's market (crypto → Binance, Kraken). A Live connection can be used by only one Live bot that is not Stopped: in Live mode those show disabled with Used by <bot> (variant: open). Paper bots only read market data, so any connection works. ⑤ Defaults for everything not asked here: parameters = the strategy's defaults from the DLL; Max capital empty = the whole account (Live); Paper initial cash 100,000 (connection currency, here USDT); no Max loss, no Daily max loss; no channels, so no notifications. All of it is changed in Edit. ⑥ Cancel · Add: the bot is added as Stopped; start it from the Bots list (04) or open Edit first. There is no Add & start.
Annotations · Edit bot (opened only from the Edit button on the Configuration card of the bot page, 04c ⑭): all optional settings live here. ① On a running bot a hint says what needs a restart. Name editable. ② Strategy, Mode and Connection are locked (Can't be changed); Version is editable. ③ Parameters: names and defaults read from the strategy DLL; Reset to defaults. ④ Limits, all optional. Live: Max capital (amount or % of the account; empty = the whole account). Paper: Initial cash (default 100,000) instead. Max loss (amount or %): reached → the bot stops by itself, and with the checkbox also closes all positions. Daily max loss (amount or %): reached → the bot pauses (no new positions) and must be resumed by hand, at the earliest the next day. ⑤ Channels: multi-select of Channels (07); empty = no notifications. ⑥ Description: shown under the bot name on the bot page (04c). ⑦ Running bot: Cancel · Save (applied at the next restart, see 04e ⑥) · Save & restart. Stopped bot: Cancel · Save.
